Project Description: Rides Mass Transit District (RMTD) is looking to obtain and implement a cloud based Unified Communications + integrated Contact Center solution (UCaaS and CCaaS). Both solutions should be provided by the same carrier and integrate or “speak” to each other from a single carrier.
Evaluation: This is a best value procurement and awards will be made on the combination of price and features.
