RMTD requested proposals from qualified firms to provide auditing services. The district’s fiscal year runs July 1 through June 30, and the service agreement was to begin with FY24 and continue through subsequent fiscal years as specified.

Health Care Solutions invited qualified insurance carriers to provide proposals for individual and aggregate excess loss coverage for the RMTD Health Care Plan. Proposals were evaluated on best value to the district.

Unarmed Security Guard Services IFB
RMTD invited bids from qualified vendors to provide unarmed security guard services at the Marion Park & Ride facility. The contract supported safety and security for riders and staff using the park-and-ride location.

Drug & Alcohol Testing Services RFP
RMTD requested proposals from qualified providers to supply drug and alcohol testing services. All services were eligible to be purchased from a schedule, supporting compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
Public notice
Notice to Public – Carbondale
RMTD issued a public notice regarding evaluation of potential locations for a new public transit operations center in Jackson County through the Illinois Rebuild Capital program and invited public comments under FTA Title VI guidelines.

Invitation for Bid – Janitorial Services
RMTD invited qualified janitorial service providers to submit bids for cleaning services at the Wayne County facility, a tax-exempt, state- and federally-funded public transit facility located at 1619 W. Main Street.

Notice to Public – Richland County
RMTD issued a public notice regarding evaluation of possible locations for a new public transit operations center in Richland County through the Illinois Rebuild Capital program and invited comments in accordance with FTA Title VI guidelines.
