Rides Mass Transit District provides safe, affordable public transportation for anyone who needs to travel across southern and south-east central Illinois – to work, school, medical appointments, shopping, and more. We offer door-to-door service and fixed routes in select communities, using a fully accessible fleet with lift-equipped and ramped vehicles. Large-print, Braille, and translated materials are available so every rider can get where they need to go.

    Reservation requests are taken Monday–Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. No same-day reservations or walk-ons are accepted for door-to-door service.
