  • Schedule in Advance

    Reservation requests are taken Monday–Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. No same-day reservations or walk-ons are accepted for door-to-door service.

  • Book in Advance Using Our Book It by Rides MTD App

    Use our Book It by Rides MTD app to order your ride straight from your phone. Download links can be found below.

  • We Pick You Up!

    Our dispatch staff will schedule your trip and confirm your pickup time.
